Information:

According to Act No. 108/2024 Coll., you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason within 14 days.The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you acquire possession of the goods (in the case of a sales contract), the day of conclusion of the service contract, or the day of conclusion of the contract for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium.To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., by letter sent by post or by e-mail). You may use this model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. Reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. If you provide a bank account number (IBAN), the refund may be made to that account.
