Manufacturer's note
Cosmetic marks that look like scratches aren't a sign of use. They're normal with ABS plastics, where the flow of the plastic isn't perfectly even. They don't affect how the product works. And if you find fine, hair-like fibers in the packaging, that's just a by-product of moulding the clip.
One last thing – how do I know which size to pick?

Gather your hair as if you were about to tie it into a ponytail. Not too tight, but tight enough that it holds together easily. Use the picture to find the size that roughly matches your grip, then slide your fingers — still holding the hair — from the roots down towards the ends. At the end, the hair should slip easily through the space your fingers have made. As a rule, the shorter your hair, the bigger the Puff Cuff you'll need. TEENY matches a loosely closed fist.
