We dispatch your order within 1–2 business days of the payment being credited. Delivery by courier or via Packeta usually takes 1, at most 3 business days. Free shipping on purchases over CZK 2,500.

With us you can pay for your order by payment card (credit or debit), by online bank transfer, via Apple Pay and Google Pay, or cash on delivery when you collect your order. More detailed information can be found here. Please note: cash on delivery carries a fee of CZK 45.

Goods can be returned within 14 days of receipt, even without giving a reason. The goods must be undamaged and in their original condition.

Exception: cosmetics with a protective seal (e.g. shrink-wrapped) cannot be returned once the seal is broken, for hygiene reasons.

We handle every complaint within 30 days at the latest from the day we receive the claim.

How to do it:

1. Write to us at info@curliculum.com and describe the reason for the return

2. Pack the parcel safely and send it within 14 days of withdrawal at the latest

3. Send it free of charge via Packeta with code 98128797, or with another carrier at your own expense

4. We will refund you using the same payment method within 14 days of notification at the latest (once the goods are returned, or once you prove they have been sent)

Please note: if returning part of the goods (or the whole order) brings the order value below CZK 2,500, the refund will be reduced by the shipping cost (CZK 105 DPD / CZK 80 Packeta) and by the CZK 45 cash-on-delivery fee (if you paid cash on delivery).
