1. Withdrawal from the contract
1.1. The Seller is entitled to withdraw from the Purchase Contract due to stock being sold out, unavailability of the goods, or if the manufacturer, importer or supplier has discontinued production or made changes so significant that they prevented the Seller from fulfilling its obligations, or for reasons of force majeure.
1.2. The Buyer – Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract under Act No. 102/2014 Coll., namely within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.
1.3. The goods are considered received at the moment the Buyer or a third party designated by them (other than the carrier) takes over all parts of the ordered goods.
1.4. The Buyer may withdraw from the contract even before the withdrawal period begins. An unambiguous statement sent to the e-mail address info@curliculum.com is sufficient to exercise this right.
1.5. Withdrawal form: Send the completed form to the e-mail address info@curliculum.com.
1.6. The Seller will return the payment for the goods within 14 days at the latest from the day the notice of withdrawal is delivered.
1.7. The Seller is not obliged to return the payment before the goods are delivered back to it or before the Buyer proves that they have been sent.
1.8. In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the cost of returning the goods is borne by the Buyer.
1.9. Payments will be refunded using the same method the Buyer used, unless agreed otherwise.
FREE shipping applies to purchases over €100. If, after part of the goods is returned, the order value falls below €100 (or if the whole order is returned), the refunded amount will be reduced by the delivery costs (€4.31 DPD courier / €3.20 Packeta) and the €1.80 cash-on-delivery fee.
1.10. The Buyer is obliged to send the goods back within 14 days at the latest from the day of withdrawal.
1.11. The goods must be returned undamaged and in their original condition. In the event of damage, the Seller is entitled to compensation (the cost of repair).
1.12. When withdrawal is not possible: In particular for goods made to special requirements, perishable goods, or goods sealed in protective packaging which are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons and whose packaging was broken after delivery.
1.14. Returns via Packeta: You can hand the parcel in at any Packeta branch. Quote the return code: 98128797 . Packeta will accept the parcel and deliver it to us free of charge.
2. Liability for defects and Warranty
2.1. Complaints are governed by the Civil Code of the Slovak Republic (Section 619 et seq.) and the Consumer Protection Act.
2.2. The Seller is liable for defects the product has upon receipt. It is not liable for defects caused by incorrect storage, maintenance or use by the Buyer.
2.3. The warranty period is 24 months (12 months for used goods). It runs from the moment the Buyer receives the product.
2.4. For goods with an expiry date (e.g. cosmetics), the warranty period ends on expiry of the date marked on the packaging.
2.5. Remediable defect: The Buyer has the right to have the defect removed free of charge and in good time, or to have the product replaced.
2.6. Irremediable defect: If the defect prevents proper use, the Buyer has the right to have the product replaced or to withdraw from the contract. In the case of other irremediable defects, the Buyer is entitled to a reasonable discount.
3. Procedure for making a complaint
3.1. We recommend informing us in advance at the e-mail address info@curliculum.com. The Buyer delivers the product being claimed together with the form to the Seller.
3.2. The Seller will decide how the claim will be handled immediately, but no later than within 30 days. Handling means repair, replacement, refund, provision of a discount, or a justified rejection.
3.3. Procedure:

Pack the goods safely so that they are not damaged in transit.
